Now car idles better, but still has no power from a dead start. Even when 
car is warmed and runnng,
when I come to a stop, and I could floor it with no response. Another 
symptom:  I can get the car to idle at 1200-1300, but after about 4-5 
minutes, of idling in park, it will just slow down and eventually die.

I have no idea what to check next.
