[T3] Fuel tank restoration

<x-flowed>Has anyone out there had experience with cleaning/sealing fuel tanks.
I apparently have delevoped a seep, probably from the seam area of my tank. 
I have a saved tank from a '65 that looks good, from what I can see (no 
borescope) -- not sure which tank would be a better candidate for cleaning .

Eastwood has a cleaning/sealing kit for this -- are there others someone has 
used?
