I'm with Keith here. I'd be tempted to forward all of your correspondence to the president of TMI and mention the fact that you subscribe to this list and have others urging you to pursue this matter. There aren't all that many of us out there and we are the target market for their stuff. They aren't going to lose any money if they replace your headliner (obviously you won't give them any more of your money for a new one) and if they deal fairly with you the rest of us may be more inclined to buy from them.
