[T3] Repair panels

Someone in Scotland was making the rocker extension repair panels - I have a
couple here somewhere waiting for when I need them. They had made wooden
patterns and were pressing them with the right shapes and rounded corners.
Good-looking panels. They also made the bumper mounts - much more original
looking than T3K's folded ones, but you don't really see them anyway.

I can't recall the size of press he had at his disposal though - could have been
a night-shift activity I suppose!
