Yes, from the link you posted, Russ.

You can right click / control-click / 
whatever-your-OS-and-browser-use-for-contextual-menus-click to save 
locally, and then watch after the download is done.  That might work 
best to get around the spotty transmission.

I looked at the slightly larger file of the two posted on the site.

I don't want to host it anywhere, since it could be seen as an 
infringing issue for the content owner.  TV IP stuff is getting 
worked out right now, and I have no desire to be an example case. ;)
