Ah, so the plastic tip is more protective than functional, vis-a-vis
contributing to the actual spray pattern. So, unless the injector is
damaged internally, it's probably fine then. Right?

The cracks are hairline. I see no obvious signs of deformation, but then
again, these things are quite precision.

I'll install it for now, but I'm going to bank on buying a set of
injector seals in case I need to revisit this later.

I'm going to shop for a few mason jars actually. I like using them for
bleeding brakes, and I can use them for storing my used injectors.

Now to find a gas station that has kerosene. Surprisingly hard to find
around here- I've only seen diesel.
