[T3] rubber bumper things...

I got my new tires put on this week. 

When my car was up on the lift, I noticed that on the rear end there are two
rubber things, that looks like a dogs chew toy. I'm not sure what they are
called.

They look like they provide some type of shock absorbency. They are about 4"
tall.

Anyway...the one on the drivers side is torn. How or where do I get a
replacement for these? I also didn't have time to see how the thing was
attached...I am assuming some bolt through the bottom? Are these relatively
easy to replace?
