RE: [T3] Lights

If that were true, the rears would work when the switch is in the park
position. They don't, as I understand the thread...
In my line of work, wiring problems are common as drilling rigs age and
the sea takes its toll on the equipment...not to mention the crews and
general abuse, and people who have no business working on the equipment
trying their hand at fixing (butchering) the systems...
Usually there is a fairly simple problem and I overanalyze it making it
harder to fix than it should be. Keep plugging away at the simple stuff
and maybe get somebody to show you how the ohm-meter works and I bet you
figure it out! If you were in the Houston area I would help you out
with that because I love a good challenge!

Subject: [T3] Lights

I'm intrigued as to why this problem is proving so difficult to
diagnose, I can't wait to hear what is causing it. I didn't know until

a few days ago on this list that T3 parking lights go out when mains
come on, but if this is so, then Russ's suggestion may be correct. The
light switch is perhaps cutting off the rear parking lights instead of
the fronts due to misconnections on the switch?
