[T3] funky list glitch fixed -- attention newer subscribers!

Folks,

I just uncovered a funky little glitch where new subscribers to the 
list were not getting added to the roster of allowed posters.

A pretty simple fix once I found it -- should work now.

So, particularly if you're newer to the list and haven't seen your 
posts to type3@vwtype3.org make it to the group, please have another 
try!
