If the rest of the car is solid then places like the DDB may be able to supply body parts and sheetmetal to fix it. Im doing a 65 Square that took a decent hit on the drivers side at one time, Ive got basically the whole rocker, door hinge pillar, dog leg and more cut out for replacement.
