[T3] FW: Oil cooler seals and such

Tonight I pulled the cooler off, the new seals were leaking.
WELL, I DID have the better silicone seals on it, but the ones I put on when
the engine was new were the crappy aftermarket ones.
When I first assembled the engine when it was new I felt I was over
crushing the crappy seals, so I put some thin spacers in myself to get the
crush I felt I needed, and this was fine for 100Kmi till the seals got hard
with age and leaked. When I put the new silicone ones in a couple months
ago I never removed those spacers, so the good seals weren't getting the
crush they needed and while the desert heat may have pushed things over the
edge I cant say it was the direct cause of the leak, the seals that were in
there were still pretty supple.
SO... it has new seals, NO spacers, the Generator collar seal
correctly installed, the new Jadney seal for the fan housing cover and a
resoldered Cruise servo ( It was RIDDLED with bad solder joints!)

Now to degrease the engine again.

Keith
