And one other thing -- are you SURE you need a rebuild? I'd find out
exactly what your mechanic said was the problem. Bolts that can't be
tightened anymore might be heads that can't be torqued down enough? I'm
sure others on the list will chime in here, but I think if your heads
couldn't be torqued down you would've noticed other symptoms than
horrible gas mileage and low power?
