I bought Ghia straps for mine. They do the job, but the rubber case on
them, which includes the bump to hold the door open, is a little fatter,
I suspect, than the stock version, or the rubber is a bit softer. They
got torn up fairly quickly, and they are a PIA to replace. >>
I just purchased some new rubber pieces from German Motor works (a Thing
parts shop). These even have the 311 part number on them. : )They were a little
pricey @12.99 each, but they have to be better than the electrical taped up
originals I've currently got in there.
