[T3] clock intermittently working

Well my clock works intermittently, I have no idea what the problem is. I
even replaced it with another, and had the same problem.(my car came with
two clocks, maybe because both don't' work?)

I don't know how these things work-is there a website somewhere that
explains how they work?

Any suggestions on fixing it?
