[T3] Dave and Matt's Notch Update

Well, it is done and on the road. This Notch was last on the road in  
1994 and today it passed the safety inspection, the emission  
inspection and Matt is fully insured and driving it around town. It  
is like a phoenix rising from the ashes. I must say that we are very  
pleased and Matt has a grin from ear to ear. I certainly would have  
found this task immeasurably more difficult had I not been able to  
seek your support and advice. Thanks Jim and Russ and John and Keith  
and Andre and Steve and .. well, all of you. I've put a photo on
