I found and removed the overflow tank awhile back it was
crusty and rusty. I also redid the vapor hoses as per jims instructions
and got rid of the rotten metal line to nowhere (obviously it was once
connected to the charcoal canister).

I 'thought' that the charcoal canister was supposed to be visible when
looking down into the engine compartment. I was going to remove it but I
didnt find it. Apparently it may be snuggled in above the tranny.
Ill look again for it when I deal with this overflow / leak issue.
