If you've fuel, spark at the plugs and compression, you should get a bang somewhere unless the spark isn't on the firing stroke. Could try a squirt of fuel in the manifold to narrow down the missing ingredient. If the timing light flashes for 1 and 3 in the approx right crank position (ie timing notches visible), any chance the leads are wrong in the cap? Check by hand the compressions match the rotor arm position? Dave.
