I thought all the oil filler caps used a cork seal, but I have some black rubber parts which VW sold me as replacement seals for the twist lock gas caps. I didn't care for how these looked, so I've never tried them. If they stand up to oil, they will probably stand up to gasoline. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
