[T3] overheating (in general)

<x-flowed>Hmm all this talk about overheating has me wondering what type of heat 
sensor I should install, and where...I will be installing my new engine soon 
and other than motorcycles, I have little air-cooled experience...come to 
think of it my motorcycle has a little radiator as well (its a 250 Kaw.).  
How would one know aside from the hot smell...before it siezes on you?
