Thanks Jim. I had removed the screw but now I see what I did wrong. I should not have removed (slid over actually) the circlip on the inside of the housing as this is what 'pulls' the sleeve out when the shaft is pulled to the left. The sleeve was simply stuck in the tranny housing and I was sliding the shaft back and forth inside of it. No oddities after all, just my usual bungling! Andre > To get things apart, look on the outside of the tranny case, just in > front (front is front) of where the clutch shaft passes into the > case. You will see a 10mm hex head there. Unscrew and remove it. Now > the bushing will slide out.
