[T3] Cold Morning Startup

<x-flowed>Ok, so I live in texas and yes it doesn't get that cold but sometimes 
strange things happen and it gets down into the 30s and 40s :-)  Well this 
has happened the past 2 mornings and it takes a 2-3 minutes of cranking my 
'69 squareback with dual carbs (stock ones from an older year) to start up. 
What do you all do in the cold climate areas to get your sqbacks going 
quicker in the mornings?
