Yes, I've wondered about installing a pair of relays in late type 3s, where there are 2 empty relay sockets in the fuse box rail. You could do one for the brake lights and one for the ignition switch. Or maybe the better choice would be to use both for the ignition switch, one for running current, and one for the starter solenoid. At least the brake light switches are cheap, readily available, and easy to get to. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
