So are ours, the only difference is that ours are shorter and stick out the 
other side.

John's solution was a pretty nice one. He found a place that his microswitch 
could hit and that would get out of his way as the pedal traveled forward.

:Yes, replacement ATe MCs could be had with or without the switches. If one 
came across a stash of NOS MCs with switches, they could be valuable for the 
switches alone.
