Yes, that bolt doesn't look too good. Do all the bolts on that wheel look bad? 
I wonder if it might have been driven with loose lug bolts on that wheel at 
some time.

Yes, that's the part. I'm not sure how heavy it actually is; I don't think of 
them as heavy, but that's relative. I don't recall if they are thin enough that 
I could slip one in a Global Priority Mail envelope. If so, a few lug bolts 
could slip in there, too.

Still, finding one locally is always your best option.
