check out the trouble-shooting guide as well.  I'm headed down to San 
Jose, CA, for a business trip and won't be back home until late Tuesday 
so I won't be able to do anything 'til later this week.  Thanks for the 
quick help (you too, Bob!).

It is hard shifting up & down.  bam!
