All window bright trim must be slotted into the rubber *before* it goes on the glass, and the entire assembly pops into the frame at once. Be very careful with the metal trim; if it gets distorted, it can be a real bear to get looking right again.

These are the usual problems; if this doesn't cover it, please let us know, and be specific.
