Re: [T3] porsche break on a notch

<x-flowed>
I want to use the 'big red' 993 brakes, i would like to have 4 wheels disc's if possible. I would like to use the Carrera cup wheels, they are 17' -7 and i might go 17'-8 or 9s in the rear.

What kind of Porsche brakes are you planning on using? Are you planning on
going 4 wheel disc's? You could go with 914's for the rear, but then you run
into the same problem everyone else does with rear disc kits, that the parking
brake cable is either too long or too short, depending on the kit. Some have
found that the t-3 cable can be re-worked (shortened up and a new end installed)
to work with the rear disc kits or 914 calipers. This would probably be the
best route to go, but you'd have to find a cable shop to have the work done. For
the front, you could have the stock t-3 rotors redrilled to the Porsche
pattern, then you'd be all set. Have you decided on which rims you're going to use
yet? I'm only asking, because you'll have to watch the back spacing / offset.
