Of the 3 M-codes (613, 623, 633) listed on that sheet, only the last one
appears on my list of type 3 M-codes. The others must have been for types 1 and
2. Unfortunately, M-633 doesn't mention dual batteries:
M 633 12 VOLT SYSTEM FULLY SUPPRESSED 311-318,
361-368
The circuit you show certainly has plenty of suppression.
I still need to figure out how this circuit works, and which battery supplies
what, and how. ;-)
