I run H4 headlights and a 200watt stereo and the alternator keeps up fine. The wiring however is another story. My headlight switch recently went bad. It was badly burned up at terminals 30. Looked it up on the schematic and almost all of the power in the car goes throught that junction in the lightswitch. I don't think they designed the car with these high powered accessories in mind. If you're going to add things like this look at your wiring diagram and think about running some heavy gauge wire to the battery. Relays might be in order for some items as well.
