Will replace and see! As a test, just connect a 4000-5000 Ohm resistor in parallel with the sensor to ground, or just replace the sensor with a fixed 1500 Ohm resistor to ground. It won't respond correctly to the temp change, but if the engine still dies after one minute you'll know that the problem is elsewhere. -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
