After years of only cars with electronic ignition, I've now managed to end up with four (!) cars with points in them, including my Type 3. I've never owned a dwell meter, and now have no idea where to even get one. The major auto parts chains don't appear to stock them (indeed, the kid behind the counter often doesn't know what it is I'm asking for), nor have I found them in the online places I've looked in so far. As far as I can tell, this is basically a duty cycle meter (the tach being a frequency meter), so I suppose a multimeter with duty cycle on it would work. Anyone care to confirm or deny that? __________________________________ Celebrate Yahoo!'s 10th Birthday! Yahoo!
