The 4.5" rims are at the lower limit of acceptable for 185sr15 tires, but

will fit. I've done it. Overall, however, they weren't a good idea because

just made the car taller and less stable. Something like a 185/ 70 or 185/75
would restore the original ride height and would be better. >>
I'm running 195-60's on a 5.5" rim. These are about right for that size rim,
but they're a little smaller in diameter than stock. You might try a 185-65 on
a 4.5" rim, as these should keep it close to the factory size in diameter,
while allowing a little more rubber for the road. I hope this helps.
