[T3] brake line unions?

Turns out that they sent me the wrong brake hose for the rear driver side of 
the fasty. They sent me a F-F hose, where I need F-M - the male end threads 
directly into the T-connector. It would probably cost more to ship it back 
and get the right one than just to buy another hose (if I can find it 
locally), but I was wondering if a minor dark-side tweak would make this 
fit.

Is there such a thing as a M-M union to connect two Female brake line ends?
What is the dimension of the threaded ends of the brake line?
I measured 9mm across if you don't count the thickness of the thread. I 
don't know what the standard is to measuring this sort of thing.
