[T3] This morning's work

<x-flowed>As promised, here are pics from this morning's work. It went surprisingly 
smoothly; the only minor hitch was when we realised that the engine wan't 
going anywhere unless the exhaust came off first. That was rather 
depressing, but not all that much of a delay. Actually getting the engine 
out was surprisingly easy, but I don't think I could have done it on my own.
Next time it will be much quicker.
