You should get the proper rebuild kit and a brake cylinder hone. The total 
price for both should come in at maybe $30 if you shop carefully. The hone is 
used with a common electric hand drill, which I assume you already have.

You would also need a tandem reservoir, or a Tee to split the original line 
into 2 branches. The late supply lines are 8mm instead of 6mm, so you might 
need to do some adapting of the line diameters, too.
