Sure is.Put small jack,cushioned by a piece of 2x4,under the motor.
Remove all the stuff that prevents access to the bolts you need to
remove.Have someone who can actually weld,not stick two pieces
of metal together,fix it.

Reassemble in reverse order of removal.
See? Easy!
