I did the whole underside of mine (2) winters ago & the last time that I
looked it appeared to be holding up to the good, old fashioned, genuine New
York upState road salt.  Make sure that you cover your whole body with
unempregnable material that is disposable and don't get it on anything that
you don't want it on.  They aren't lying when they say it won't come off.
