You're looking at the right photo, but you're misinterpreting it somehow. What 
the photo shows is the complete steering column assembly, including the 
ignition lock, ignition switch, TS switch, and steering shaft bearing all in 
the housing that holds them all together in the car. The part you need, removes 
from this assembly with 4 screws, just as the one in your car did.

I guess the problem was that the photo showed a larger assembly, but you didn't 
recognize it as being just like yours.

All years incorporate an assembly something like this one, but this on is 
clearly a '71.
