My Type 4 parts book says...

022 906 051 B - Pressure sensor (marked yellow)
    from engine W 0 057 035 to W 0 129 581

The engine is a 1.7 with 80hp output, the numbers denote a period from 
8/1/70 till 7/31/71, so this pressure sensor was used for the entire 
1971 model year.
