Re: [T3] '71 automatic Squareback

The seatbelts to me sound like they're 3-point but the retraction
spring/mechanism is weak or dead or gummed. There definetely should be
3-point belts (I'm under the impression that all headrest era cars are
3 point belt cars) My '73 has a slightly weak retractor, and it has
95k DOCUMENTED miles. My cancelers work fine. My speedo was replaced
at 42k miles (again, DOCUMENTED). My Fasty was owned by an anal
retentive old man who kept all his dealer invoices on file, and kept
taking his Fasty to his dealership until 1999. Without documentation,
I would be suspicious of any T3 claimed under 100k miles. And I still
paid too much for my Fasty!

The speedo thing is most likely the cable. They're cheap enough that I
would replace it unless there's something else obviously wrong.

Everything else, it's like they say here.
