It only happans if your foolish enough to follow the
links in a bogus email.If you read ANY of Paypal 
user agreements or transaction info,they specifically
TELL YOU THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU
FOR INFO VIA EMAIL.

I've used it plenty of times over the last several years.
I've not had a single problem.As a matter of fact,I won't
deal with any seller on Ebay if he doesn't use it.
