[T3] Philipines VW parts source on The Samba

<x-flowed>Has anyone attempted to get parts from the guy in the Philippines who has 
multiple ads on The Samba selling all sorts of NOS body parts and 
accessories from a shop that closed down in 1981?  I have a NOS Squareback 
rear valance that I could adapt to my Fastback, but if I could come up with 
a Fastback rear valance, the installation would be much neater.  From the 
variety of parts available, this seems to be a good source, but I'd rather 
not be a guinea pig.
