Re: [T3] SB with IV engine--was Wasser engine


Perhaps California USED to do that, but they don't
anymore.  Cars now are built to a specific model year,
which is clearly marked somewhere on the car on an
emissions sticker, which shows which year's emissions
regulations that car was built to conform to.
