<x-flowed>Nope.  I think it's kinda strange.  But I do refer to my first 
(original?) as "my baby".  The new one is either "the yellow one" or 
"the automatic".

The only inanimate object I have that is named is my Glock and my 
girlfriend named it "Susy" (however you spell 'sew-see') which is short 
for "Susy Glock".  Mostly as a code name instead of announcing to 
everyone within ear-shot, "Hey, you carrying your gun *again*?!".
