I uploaded some more pictures of the the NOS one. If your monitor is big enough, and you have enough internet bandwidth, those are some high resolution pictures if you keep clicking on them. <underline><color><param>0000,0000,FFFF</param>http://classicvw.org/gallery/just_stuff/dscf0015</color></underline> <underline><color><param>0000,0000,FFFF</param>http://classicvw.org/gallery/just_stuff/dscf0016</color></underline> -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) <underline><color><param>0000,0000,FFFF</param>russw@classicvw.org</color></underline> <underline><color><param>0000,0000,FFFF</param>http://www.classicvw.org</color></underline> Wow, those are great pictures. They opened right up for me, no problem. I wish I had seen them earlier. I see some modifications I need to make to the shape of my metal piece. I need a few more sharp angles at the edges of the contact point and end of the wings. Very helpful. If I were to want the whole piece like the one in your picture, where would I find one and how do I install it? I can't figure out how to get the white box like housing off the shift stick. All gears and rod stuff at the bottom scare me. And if I just wanted the spring and the metal piece are those available separately? Your photos have helped so much. I will try a parts store today about that spring piece with your photo in hand. If you know a sure path to a new part(s) please let me know. Thanks, Josephine </x-rich>
