The tank looks fine to me: http://binauralaboratories.net/gas2.jpg http://binauralaboratories.net/gas1.jpg There were no obstructions in the fill pipe. I reassembled everything and then got some gas. The problem persists. Any ideas? The only thing I can think of is that this car is a mix of a 70 and a 73. I do recall the fill pipes being slightly different. I thought I had opted for the 70 fuel tank and fill pipe, but may have mismatched. Would this cause this issue? The car is a 73. My vent system is the 73 with plastic pipe, I think it is working fine [maybe the cap just like to get stuck?] Thanks, Curtis http://binauralaboratories.net ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
