This is a car which has already seen too much salt, so I'm no longer trying to keep it pristeen. We drive the sacrificial Taurus in the winter as much as possible, but sometimes this one has to venture out. The main problem with it is lack of heat and defrost. OTOH, I have 3 other type 3s which will never again see salt. ;-) -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
