[T3] control valve vs. relief valve oil temps
<x-flowed>According to the Bentley diagram of oil flow, it seems as though the oil
should be cooler at the oil pressure control valve, rather than at the oil
pressure relief valve, but in swapping my temp sender between the two I
have found the temps to be about 10 deg hotter at the relief valve (at the
rear of the case close to the exhaust and oil pump). Is this the spot where
oil is the hottest, and if so (according to the flow pattern) why? (i.e.
what am I missing from the Bentley diag.?)
Thanks!
