[T3] Speedi Sleeve + Engine back in.

My engine went back in today. Pictures are on my site in the "Engine Work
2" album.

Here's some commentary:

To fix the groove in the driveplate hub, I used a "Speedi Sleeve", as 
recommended by Jim. They come in a huge number of sizes, and you basically 
just knock them on with a hammer. The final
result is very impressive.

This is our home made driveplate lock. I had to guestimate the correct
torque for the driveplate bolt, by practising pressing 35kg of pressure on a
pair of bathroom scales, and then doing the same on a wrench handle with a
cheater pipe exactly a metre long. While I was there I checked the fan bolt
torque with a new torque wrench:

We started the engine, and gradually topped up the tranny following Russ's
instructions. I think we ran it all together for about 10 minutes, and put
in approx 2.5 litres of ATF. We didn't have time to actually go for a drive.
that will have to wait a few days as I will be out of town now till Tuesday
evening.
