<x-flowed>I have a feeling that this tool is difficult to use with the stock Solex 
carbs. Actually, any sync tool is difficult to use with the Solexes 
because of the air cleaner mount on top of this carb. One has to use an 
adapter, mine is made out of a piece of universal 2" exhaust tubing with 
custom made seals on the ends.
